As a UX Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping user experiences across multiple platforms. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, conceptualize innovative solutions, and bring them to life through stunning visuals and intuitive interfaces.
What You’ll Do:
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deeply understand the problem space, explore strategic opportunities, and solve complex problems.
- Drive the design process from ideation to execution, ensuring user-centered designs that meet user needs.
- Craft delightful design experiences through various stages, developing visual assets, and collaborating with engineers for implementation.
- Implement visual design systems across platforms in an iterative software development environment, applying design tools.
- Navigate complex problems by devising creative solutions, executing with attention to detail within given constraints.
Must-Haves:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience in consumer or enterprise software development.
- 3-5 years of experience in visual design, information architecture, and UX.
- Knowledge in designing component libraries within Figma.
- Strategic thinking, ability to work within constraints, and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with enterprise software design and development.
- Proven ability to advocate for user-centered design principles across multiple platforms.
- Strong technical knowledge (front-end web applications).
- Motion design and prototyping skills.
- Understanding of complex business needs and operating environments related to Trust and Safety.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $113.88 to $126.54 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
