Partnering closely with senior marketing leadership, regional marketers, and cross-functional teams, you will drive central initiatives and extend the impact of marketing worldwide.

Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead the development and execution of global marketing initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams, including marketing communications, product, legal, operations, and analytics.
  • Bring structure and clarity to complex projects in a regulated environment, prioritizing effectively and balancing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Influence decision-making and drive consensus across teams without direct authority, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
  • Navigate both high-level strategy and detailed execution, ensuring seamless implementation of marketing plans.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, conveying complex information clearly and persuasively.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in program management, marketing consulting, digital business transformation, or a similar role.
  • Proven ability to operate effectively within regulated environments.
  • Strong project management skills, including prioritization, multitasking, and influencing without authority.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute meticulously, balancing big-picture vision with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus.
  • Bachelor’s degree.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Understanding of marketing technology.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $88 to $94 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
