As the Wrike Tool Manager, you’ll be the go-to expert, architecting and maintaining the Wrike environment for optimal performance. You’ll empower teams to leverage Wrike’s full potential, driving efficiency and collaboration across the organization. Your expertise will directly impact project success, ensuring seamless workflows and streamlined communication.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain workflows, blueprints, reports, dashboards, and request forms within the Wrike workspace.
  • Create and collaborate on comprehensive documentation for Wrike users at all levels, from beginners to power users.
  • Develop template folder structures based on documentation for new projects, ensuring consistency and organization.
  • Provide expert troubleshooting support to users, resolving issues and optimizing their Wrike experience.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring Wrike software updates and implementing necessary changes within the organization.
  • Collaborate with the internal Wrike team, providing feedback on their roadmap and ensuring alignment with organizational needs.
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize processes, both within Wrike and across related workflows.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all Wrike-related questions, providing guidance and support to the entire organization.
  • Partner with team super-users to document best practices and create effective onboarding materials.
  • Manage user access and user groups, ensuring appropriate permissions and security.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of experience configuring and working within Wrike, demonstrating expert-level knowledge of its features, customization options, and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Proven experience in onboarding and training new Wrike users.
  • Proficiency in building automations within Wrike based on user needs.
  • Ability to aggregate data for reporting between Wrike and external data sets without integration.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, with experience tracking, organizing, analyzing, and presenting data in clear and concise formats.
  • Experience creating workflows and implementing processes both within and outside of Wrike.
  • Excellent prioritization and time management skills, with the ability to set schedules and deadlines effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build collaborative relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven ability to solve problems independently and collaboratively, even with limited information.
  • Experience collaborating and driving projects with distributed teams.
  • Proficiency in spreadsheet tools, presentation softwares, and various collaboration software.

 

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $65 to $71 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
