What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts, ensuring comprehensive coverage and efficient execution.
  • Provide technical leadership, including mentoring, code reviews, and design support to other team members.
  • Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to define test strategies and ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Scope, size, and oversee multiple projects, assessing risk and ensuring successful delivery.
  • Drive innovative testing solutions within a complex enterprise platform.
  • Champion test automation throughout the software delivery lifecycle.
  • Implement and lead continuous integration and deployment strategies.
  • Develop and maintain test environments.
  • Create automated dynamic reports and metrics to measure automation effectiveness.
  • Educate and influence team members on QA processes and best practices.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance
  • 6+ years of hands-on experience in developing, executing, and maintaining automated test scripts
  • Prior technical lead experience
  • Hands-on coding experience in Ruby, Java, C#, or another object-oriented programming language
  • Experience with Selenium WebDriver and Agile Development Practices
  • Understanding of exploratory testing practices
  • Knowledge of industry-standard bug logging and test case management tools
  • Experience with web services virtualization and code reviews
  • Ability to scope, size, and oversee multiple projects
  • Experience leading a risk-based approach to software testing
  • Experience with Acceptance Test-Driven Development (ATDD) using Gherkin language like Cucumber, JBehave, or SpecFlow
  • Understanding of CI/CD practices and lean methodologies
  • Experience with Jenkins, Bamboo, or Git

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Experience driving innovative testing solutions within a complex, enterprise platform.
  • Deep understanding of CI/CD practices and lean methodologies.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $56.99 to $63.33 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
