Partnering with client-facing teams, you’ll leverage your expertise to create and deliver compelling communications that empower employees to make informed financial decisions.
As a Marketing Operations Deployment Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Executing communication strategies: Receiving, reviewing, creating, and deploying client-facing communications and digital assets.
  • Collaborating with teams: Developing and evaluating solutions to support communication strategies and enhance the participant experience.
  • Driving efficiency: Advising business partners on optimizing resources to achieve communication goals.
  • Project management: Managing communication requests, from proofing and edits to fulfillment across various channels, within specified timelines.
  • Creating and executing plans: Communicating clearly with partners, setting expectations, and ensuring seamless project execution.
  • Identifying trends: Sharing feedback and insights to improve efficiency, scalability, and participant experience.
  • Contributing to a positive culture: Supporting change management, team evolution, and personal growth.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong project and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Detail-oriented approach with a high level of accuracy and an appropriate sense of urgency
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills and the ability to influence and motivate others
  • Data-driven mindset, leveraging insights to improve participant outcomes
  • Experience in marketing communication for financial services or a highly regulated industry
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Workfront, Jira)
  • Positive demeanor, sense of humor, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Experience with content management systems

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $35.69 to $39.66 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
