As an Experience Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how users interact with essential information. You’ll be the architect behind the scenes, ensuring that complex data transforms into easily digestible and accessible content. Your expertise in conditional logic and coding will be key to customizing dynamic templates, making sure the right information reaches the right audience every time. This innovative team within a leading organization is seeking a highly skilled Experience Designer to join their ranks. You will be responsible for the functionality and customization of dynamic templates, ensuring accuracy and clarity in branded materials. Your technical expertise and problem-solving abilities will be essential to the success of various campaigns and initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze campaign messaging and develop rule sets to filter content based on specific plan requirements.
- Identify sentences within documents that require coding to the Plan/benefit database.
- Code all variations of identified sentences within a spreadsheet.
- Upload spreadsheets to the platform and troubleshoot any resulting errors.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager of Audit to address and resolve identified issues with coded sentences.
- Utilize database extract documents to write location logic for supplemental documents.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Advanced technical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proven experience in setting up conditional statement sequencing.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, Adobe InDesign, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong critical thinking and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent time management and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working within Agile methodologies, adapting to changing priorities.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- User experience design and content development experience.
- Experience with metadata and tagging.
- Experience developing assets for templating platforms.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $52 to $58 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
