Please note, this is a hybrid posiiton in Culver City, CA. You must be able to work onsite Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Monday and Friday remote.
The Channel XF Manager will develop and launch multi-channel customer communications that aim to generate awareness, increase acquisition, and drive engagement for our services and products. They will work cross functionally with various teams, including Data Science, Design, Product, Engineering, and Business teams. As the subject matter expert of customer journey orchestration, the ideal candidate can think strategically, implement flawlessly, and collaborate effectively in a highly matrixed, global organization. In addition to monitoring campaign performance for operational integrity, and identifying and communicating to internal teams when issues arise, this individual will also be responsible for optimizing program performance through A/B testing and experimentation. They will identify opportunities to enhance campaign performance, increase operational efficiency, and further develop internal platform features. They will also contribute to a knowledge base of articles, best practices, and playbooks that serves as repository for training resources.
The XF Manager, Channel Platforms role is responsible for the strategic alignment, cross-functional integration and execution of all Channel Platform initiatives moving through Marcom. Acting as a key point of integration and accountability, they will
- Synthesize inputs and facilite alignment with brief owner (s) and key stakeholders to develop integrated marketing communications plans for Channel.
- Deliver XF leadership and oversight for Channel throughout the creative process to ensure on-going alignment of all deliverables with strategy.
- Proactively engage and plan with all Marcom teams (Channel, Partner Comms, Brand, Planning, 2D, 3D, Interactive, MG/Video, Geos) to more efficiently drive work for Channel
- Develop deep collaboration with key teams across Apple (ie, Product Marketing, Sales, SP&O, Ops) to deliver best-in-class work for Channel that meets brand, partner, and commercial objectives.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $65.124 to $72.36 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
