As a Product Lifecycle Data Analyst partnered with Aquent, you’ll have a direct impact on a critical project, revolutionizing how this innovative company creates and manages product codes. This exciting two-year contract opportunity is within the Data Center of Excellence group. You will be the vital link between multiple systems, ensuring seamless product data management. Your expertise will streamline operations and empower this beauty giant to stay ahead of the curve.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive the product code lifecycle: manage creation, routing, approvals, and activation for a specific brand or category.
  • Master data updates: Coordinate, validate, and execute large-scale data updates across various systems.
  • Data detective: Monitor, analyze, and resolve data quality issues, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Support the Supply Chain Catalog Management (SCCM) process, including incident management and escalation.
  • Contribute to data quality projects and other essential tasks.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams across the organization, including IT, marketing, and finance.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • 1-3 years of relevant business experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, particularly Excel, for data organization and analysis.
  • Knowledge of SAP and a demonstrated aptitude for learning new data management systems.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Experience with Power BI and GCP.
  • Project Management experience.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $40.68 to $45.21 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
