As a Supply Chain Security Incident Manager with Aquent’s client, a world-renowned leader in apparel and footwear, you’ll play a crucial role in protecting their valuable assets, intellectual property, and innovative ideas. Working at the forefront of supply chain security, you’ll be responsible for incident response, trend analysis, and collaboration with key partners across various functions. This is your opportunity to shape security strategies and safeguard the future of iconic products.

Be a key player in global supply chain security, partnering with teams in Resilience, Supply Chain, Distribution Centers, Manufacturing, and Product Creation. You will be responsible for managing the theft response process, conducting trend analysis, and recommending preventative measures to protect products throughout the supply chain. You’ll be the go-to person for investigations, data analysis, and developing communication strategies for executive leadership. This role offers a unique blend of investigative work, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage the entire theft response process, from intake and escalation to resolution and reporting.
  • Collaborate with investigative support groups, including internal teams and external partners.
  • Develop and maintain a program for carrier reporting and exception-based reporting for shortages.
  • Conduct proactive trend analysis to identify vulnerabilities and recommend preventative measures.
  • Provide key updates and communication strategies to executive leadership.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify process gaps and develop solutions.
  • Manage the Supply Chain Security inbox and update incidents in the case management system.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in Theft Management, Case Management Systems, and Reporting.
  • Experience managing multiple direct reports across multiple time zones.
  • Proven ability to effectively communicate complex information to diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in web-based social media platforms, research tools, and communication technologies.
  • Advanced proficiency with Case Management software (CRM) like Salesforce.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and present recommendations.
  • Ability to work independently, under pressure, and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Passion for the client’s brand and knowledge of the sports culture, footwear, or apparel industry.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $35.49 to $39.44 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
