As a key member of the team, you’ll be the driving force behind crafting captivating visual and multimodal content. Your expertise in prompt engineering will bring ideas to life, transforming concepts into stunning realities. Collaborate with talented engineers, product managers, and designers, shaping the visual landscape of cutting-edge AI models.
What You’ll Do:
- Craft visually stunning and user-focused content through expert prompting, ensuring a high level of polish and refinement.
- Develop compelling content pitches and mockups for diverse stakeholders, showcasing your artistic vision and technical expertise.
- Design, prompt, manage, and maintain a robust content pipeline, overseeing its journey from concept to deployment.
- Optimize content performance through rigorous testing, evaluation, and enhancement, sharing best practices with partners and designers.
- Thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment, contributing your unique skills to a team of passionate innovators.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience, including at least one year specifically using Generative AI tools.
- Proven expertise in prompt engineering for visual and multimodal content, coupled with proficiency in design systems like Figma and Photoshop.
- An online portfolio showcasing your impressive work in AI visual artistry (please include a link on your resume).
- Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, including engineers and creatives.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own time effectively.
- Experience shipping products under tight deadlines.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $51.42 to $57.14 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
