As a Merchandising Operations Specialist, you’ll be a vital member of the Catalog Systems team, collaborating closely with various stakeholders to maintain the integrity and richness of the product catalog. You will be responsible for adding new items to the system, ensuring data accuracy, optimizing product content, and contributing to critical projects that enhance the customer experience. What You’ll Do:

  • Manage the setup of new items, collaborating with brand partners to gather comprehensive product information and digital assets.
  • Perform rigorous quality analysis to ensure the accuracy and completeness of product data.
  • Import and audit product data and digital assets, ensuring seamless integration into the online catalog.
  • Analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights and improve catalog processes.
  • Contribute to ad-hoc projects related to catalog systems and processes.

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, Finance, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a computer-driven corporate environment.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with software quality processes and Atlassian tools (Confluence, Jira).
  • Familiarity with ERP systems.
  • E-commerce background.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $19.80 to $22.00 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
