About the Role:
This role sits within a dynamic team dedicated to driving revenue diversification through a robust partnership program. You will be instrumental in ensuring partners are empowered and supported in their operations, return on investment, and go-to-market strategies. This involves close collaboration with internal teams and external partners, requiring a blend of operational expertise, strategic thinking, and relationship management skills. Your contributions will directly impact the growth and scalability of the partner ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive operational support to new external partners, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Develop and execute enablement plans that equip partners with the resources and knowledge to thrive.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate reviews and approvals, streamlining partnership processes.
  • Proactively identify and address partner needs and issues, providing valuable feedback to internal stakeholders.
  • Plan and execute quarterly business reviews with education and commercial partners, managing all logistical aspects and follow-up items.
  • Manage business operations and reporting for partnerships, including pricing, orders, invoicing, and royalty payments.
  • Identify and resolve bottlenecks in partnership identification, piloting, and launching, proposing solutions for improved efficiency and scale.
  • Develop processes and resources to scale the partner ecosystem, prioritizing efficiency and growth.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in Partnership Management, Account Management, Business Operations, Finance, Program Management, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in partner management (internal and external).
  • 4+ years of experience in program management.
  • 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Office.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Experience in the gaming industry.
  • Strong project management experience.
  • Experience in the education technology sector.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $47.82 to $53.13 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
