What You’ll Do:

• Develop project execution plans, deployment schedules, and implement user experience design projects ranging in complexity.
• Solve complex design problems with minimal guidance, demonstrating your ability to take ownership and deliver impactful results.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of visual design across various platforms.
• Champion user-centered design principles, advocating for intuitive and engaging user experiences.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Proven experience working in an agile environment and applying user-centered design principles.
• A portfolio or work samples showcasing at least three real-world examples of direct Visual/Product Design work (excluding academic projects).
• Strong proficiency in visual design tools and software.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $43.55 to $48.39 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
