In this role, you will be a key player in maintaining the integrity of credit reporting processes. You’ll be responsible for conducting crucial data validations, developing and leading small business initiatives, and ensuring adherence to the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). This involves data validation and auditing quality controls, process maintenance and advancement, policy amendments, business requirements definition, testing, and project support.

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct thorough data validations to ensure accuracy and completeness of credit bureau reporting.
• Develop and lead small business initiatives focused on improving credit reporting processes and compliance.
• Maintain and advance existing processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Contribute to policy amendments to stay ahead of regulatory changes and industry best practices.
• Define business requirements for system enhancements and process improvements.
• Participate in testing activities to ensure the quality and reliability of credit reporting systems.
• Provide project support to ensure successful implementation of new initiatives.

Must-Haves:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in areas such as captive finance, auto finance, banking, or credit furnishing.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $30-35 per hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
