This exciting opportunity blends data-driven decision-making with creative content management. You will be the engine behind daily site merchandising activities, ensuring timely execution and flawless presentation of web content. Simultaneously, your analytical skills will shine as you manage and optimize A/B tests, uncovering valuable insights to enhance the customer experience. Collaborate with designers, developers, and stakeholders, playing a crucial role in delivering exceptional online interactions.

What You’ll Do:

  • Review and manage incoming content requests, ensuring completeness and providing feedback to stakeholders.
  • Maintain meticulous records in Workfront, keeping stakeholders informed and ensuring transparency throughout the content lifecycle.
  • Build and execute merchandising campaigns in AEM, leveraging Adobe Target for precise segmentation and personalization.
  • Prioritize and publish content, focusing on high-impact areas like the homepage and key launches.
  • Monitor A/B test performance, optimizing based on data and collaborating with the testing lead on component-based testing.
  • Coordinate monthly content updates, collaborating with copy editors and design teams to ensure timely execution.
  • Manage localization processes, ensuring accurate translation and seamless global delivery of content.
  • Propose and execute new A/B test concepts, partnering with user research to gather valuable insights.
  • Analyze test results, translating data into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), including content creation, staging, publishing, and familiarity with templates and components.
  • Expertise in Adobe Target, encompassing A/B test setup, campaign management, and personalized segment creation.
  • Strong understanding of merchandising strategy, campaign segmentation, and personalization workflows.
  • Proven ability to manage content calendars and coordinate cross-functional approvals.
  • Experience designing and executing A/B tests, with a solid grasp of statistical significance and test validity.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Effective time management and organizational abilities.
  • Program or project management experience.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $45.00 to $50 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
