As an Associate Marketing Manager, you will develop and execute marketing campaigns and customer experience strategies to maximize growth across North America vertical retail channels.

This role is hybrid (4 days onsite and one remote) in either our client’s Glendale, CA OR Orlando, FL office. 

You will partner with the Marketing Strategy team, as well as build relationships with internal partners such as Customer Experience, Public Relations, Site Merchandising, Technology, Product Development, Creative, Merchandising, Planning, Synergy, and Analytics to determine priorities, develop and execute campaigns and ensure marketing achieves goals across the business. You will lead Store marketing campaigns for new product launches and initiatives and translate business goals and consumer insights into actionable and measurable marketing strategies and prioritization.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of marketing tactics for new product launches that drive traffic, engagement and sales.
  • Collaborate with internal partners such as Customer Experience, Public Relations, Site Merchandising, Technology, Product Development, Creative, Merchandising, Planning, Synergy, and Analytics to shape growth strategies, determine priorities, develop campaigns and ensure marketing achieves goals across the business.
  • Write creative briefs that establish creative requirements in support of all campaigns and messaging and partner closely with Creative, Photography, Copy, and Design teams and give creative feedback as campaign creative comes to life.
  • Manage the approval process of all marketing efforts, including internal, executive, brand, franchise, Legal, and 3rd party.
  • Project manage and ensure flawless execution of marketing programs across all medias.
  • Collaborate with merchants, planners, site, stores, and other cross-functional leads to learn about upcoming products and collections and develop and execute programs across the chain and for strategic priorities.
  • Develop compelling marketing plans and one-sheets for communicating marketing programs to internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure that all marketing elements and executions are on ‘brand’ and are supporting the overall initiatives that have been set forth by Marketing leadership.
  • Keep up with marketing trends and competitive tactics to inspire teams and strengthen work.

Basic Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of related work experience
  • Marketing or agency experience preferred
  • Track record of driving successful marketing strategies
  • Ability to write compelling marketing briefs and assess work against a defined strategy
  • Marketing acumen and basic understanding of digital marketing channels
  • Excellent project management skills, including strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Driven to work autonomously, focusing on key outcomes amidst competing priorities and tight deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Effective interpersonal skills and professional demeanor with the ability to communicate effectively across peers, teams, and management
  • Curiosity and drive to learn about and understand guest needs, current marketing technologies and trends
  • Demonstrates a strong commitment to cultivating a positive, inclusive, and collaborative team culture that reflects and amplifies the core values of our client
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools

Preferred Qualifications

  • MS-Word, Strong PowerPoint-create presentations-visual, Excel, Outlook, Teams, Video conferencing and Strong marketing skills

Required Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or Equivalent work experience

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $31.50 to $35 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
