As an Email Production Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in the creation and execution of email marketing campaigns. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless campaign delivery from concept to deployment. Your expertise will be essential in maintaining the highest quality standards and achieving campaign objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end production of email campaigns, ensuring timely completion and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance of campaign setups, content, and revisions.
• Collaborate with editorial, design, localization, programming, and marketing teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
• Manage a high volume of campaigns simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve rendering issues across various email clients and platforms.
• Utilize email marketing platforms and tools to build and deploy campaigns.
• Peer-review email campaigns to ensure accuracy and adherence to quality standards.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in email-based campaign production.
• Proven ability to manage a workload of 5-8 campaigns per week.
• Experience with enterprise email service providers (e.g., MailChimp, Marketo, Salesforce, Adobe Campaign Manager, or similar platforms).
• Proficiency in HTML and CSS for email formatting and troubleshooting.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance.
• Proficiency working within a professional digital enviroment. 
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $57.60 to $64.00 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
