As an Account Manager, you will:

  • Manage supplier campaigns and revenue growth, optimizing strategies to maximize impact.
  • Develop strategic campaign recommendations based on in-depth understanding of supplier business goals and marketing objectives.
  • Lead the creative process, collaborating with suppliers and the in-house creative team to develop compelling and effective campaigns.
  • Manage agency proposal templates and tagging, ensuring seamless campaign execution.
  • Partner with campaign management on activation, trafficking, and optimization, driving performance and exceeding client expectations.
  • Provide regular communication and updates to clients and internal stakeholders, maintaining transparency and fostering strong relationships.
  • Collaborate with Measurement & Analytics teams to ensure reporting accuracy and data-driven insights.
  • Share actionable insights and recommendations to support supplier strategies and drive incremental revenue.
  • Support monthly campaign billing, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Work cross-functionally within the organization to deliver exceptional results for suppliers.
  • Mentor junior team members, fostering growth and development within the team.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Four-year college degree
  • Experience leading client relationships and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to build media plan recommendations.
  • Strong project management skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with analytics, advertising data/tech, and DMP technologies.
  • Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Experience mentoring junior team members.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $49.89 to $55.44 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
