As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the development, implementation, and ongoing management of projects that support the Marketing Department’s value-added benefits programs. You will serve as the primary internal point of contact for all value-added benefit fulfillment projects, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic project plans, outlining timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Proactively identify and address potential roadblocks, proposing solutions to maintain project momentum.
• Monitor project progress, communicate status updates to stakeholders, and adapt plans as needed.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure alignment and efficient project execution.
• Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure adherence to established financial guidelines.
• Secure necessary approvals at each stage of the project lifecycle.
• Maintain meticulous project documentation, ensuring all information is accurately captured and categorized.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in project management, demonstrating a strong understanding of project lifecycle methodologies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• Experience working in the healthcare or marketing industries.
• Familiarity with value-added benefits programs.
• Strong vendor management skills.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $27.72 to $30.81 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
