We are looking for a remote Store Marketing Planner to serves as the point of contact for marketing opportunities from store/operational partners, develop marketing plans for store openings or reopenings and handle logistics with partners aligned with planning.
This candidate should have around 10 years of experience in retail store marketing and operations developing in-store strategy related to a strong customer experience, working with vendors and creative teams, working with store touch points including signage, and helping to create a strong customer experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Develops annual store marketing plan and budget based on inputs from multiple stakeholders across the organization. Inclusive of marketing, operations, and field teams.
- Establishes quarterly OKRs and project backlogs for the Store team.
- Develops strategy & execution plans to solve identified store challenges.
- Partners closely with the Project Manager and Creative Managers to prioritize backlogs based on bandwidth to best deliver against annual and quarterly goals.
- Develops comprehensive briefs to aid the team in delivering the best quality outputs to meet strategic goals.
- Collaborates with Creative Manager to ensure brief meets needs.
- Owns overall communication to the store as it relates to marketing updates. Procurement owns communication as it relates to delivery and install.
- Appropriate team members are allowed to communicate responses to inquiries via Marketing Solutions Inbox and Service Now.
- Partners with Project Manager to ensure successful rollout of all materials/updates and manages audits on an as-needed basis to ensure store compliance. Project Manager to facilitate with extended team members as needed.
- Manages store marketing budget.
- Develops and maintains relationships across Marketing, Operations, and Field teams.
- Serves as the subject matter expert and consultation partner for Store within the organization, partnering across all home office groups to deliver on-brand, customer-first solutions
- Consult with creative and CX teams to create or adjust in-store marketing materials or facilities designs to enhance brand perception and/or the customer’s experience.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $45-48/hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
