Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement customer-centric marketing strategies across the entire customer lifecycle.
- Lead a cross-functional marketing pod, overseeing strategy, execution, and experimentation.
- Create and manage a holistic marketing calendar, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Develop integrated digital marketing plans, incorporating storytelling and data-driven insights.
- Partner with creative teams to develop compelling content and assets.
- Define measurable goals, track performance, and provide insightful reporting.
- Forecast key metrics and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with digital marketing channel leads to optimize campaign performance.
- Lead and participate in pilot programs to drive innovation and improvement.
- Act as a subject matter expert on customer and business insights.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, AND 8+ years of integrated marketing experience.
- 3-4 years of hands-on digital marketing experience in a B2B environment.
- Proven experience in creating executive presentations and white papers.
- Demonstrated ability to build campaign strategies within various marketing channels.
- Strong customer focus and a passion for improving customer experiences.
- Experience leading virtual and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and executive presence.
- Ability to influence without authority and drive consensus among stakeholders.
- Strategic thinking combined with attention to detail.
- Data-driven mindset and ability to analyze and interpret customer insights.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- 10+ years of integrated marketing experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience in a B2B role.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $63.62 to $70.69 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
