About the Role
We are seeking a Paid Media Coordinator to join our paid social team within our performance marketing department. In this role, you will collaborate with multiple teams across Marketing to ensure we are meeting our ecommerce acquisition and customer development goals.
The role’s primary focus is the execution of YouTube advertising campaigns through data-driven customer segments, advanced behavioral targets, and tailored creative. You will be joining a team of platform experts who work in ad platforms daily, managing campaign set-up, day-to-day campaign management, monitoring bids/budgets/ad set performance, and optimizing against target KPIs.
This is a 6-month position covering a MAT leave with potential for full-time conversion.
What You’ll Do:
- Execute YouTube campaign setup, trafficking, and daily optimizations
- Manage campaign flighting, budget adjustments, and daily pacing
- Analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and proactively recommend opportunities for improvement at a daily cadence
- Leverage platform bid automation to drive full-funnel marketing performance
- Utilize relevant audience segments and recommend tailored creative and landing page experiences for testing
- Execute structured A/B tests around creatives, audiences, and bid strategies
- Develop and analyze reports to evaluate performance metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including other social media channel experts (Meta, Reddit, TikTok), analytics, finance, and creative teams
- Efficiently manage day-to-day problems and communicate effectively in time-sensitive situations
- Understand when (and why) to escalate issues
What You’ll Need:
- 2-3 years of experience in paid social marketing, with specific expertise in YouTube advertising
- Experience with campaign management, daily tracking, reporting, and analytics
- Proficiency with Google Ads, Google Ads Editor, and Microsoft Excel
- Strong data orientation with ability to dig through data and develop actionable insights
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience with social media networks, particularly YouTube
- Strong analytical and communication skills (written and verbal)
- A tenacious attitude for learning and taking on new challenges
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in ecommerce, entertainment-focused organizations, or top social brands
- Agency background in media buying/planning
- Experience with analytics platforms like Google Analytics
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Experience managing significant advertising budgets

Location
Remote or hybrid. East Coast time zone preferred but not required.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $22 to $25 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
