About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-orientedMarketing Operations Coordinatorto serve as the central point of coordination for marketing support tickets and project requests submitted by our network of 150+ partner offices. This part-time role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about driving efficiency and quality across marketing deliverables.
You’ll own the case ticketing and intake process, manage task assignment within Salesforce and Asana, monitor progress through completion, and ensure timely and accurate communication back to partners. You’ll also proofread outgoing materials for quality and accuracy, making this an ideal role for someone who is both tech-savvy and editorially sharp.
Key Responsibilities

Manage Case Intake:

Serve as the main point of contact for marketing support requests submitted via email

Process incoming requests in Salesforce and convert them into actionable tasks in Asana

Triage requests by priority and route to appropriate team members (copywriters, designers, web developers)

Workflow & Task Management:

Assign and track Tier 1, 2, and 3 case tasks, ensuring progress stays within agreed SLAs

Follow up with stakeholders or escalate to the Marketing Manager when additional information is needed

Maintain detailed records of task activity and status

Communication & Responsiveness:

Respond to partner inquiries within 2 hours (preferably 1 hour) to confirm receipt or request clarification

Serve as a liaison between partner offices and internal creative/digital teams

Quality Assurance & Proofing:

Review outgoing assets (event invites, one-pagers, collateral) for grammar, formatting, and timing accuracy

Ensure partner-facing content adheres to brand and editorial guidelines

Project Coordination:

Monitor project timelines and proactively flag roadblocks or resource constraints
-
Prioritize and jump between multiple partner requests throughout the day

Contribute to workflow improvements and process documentation as needed

Qualifications
-
Experience:
-
2–3 years in marketing coordination, traffic/project management, or marketing operations

Experience with B2B or partner marketing is a plus

Technical Skills:

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and PDF editing

Working knowledge of Salesforce and Asana preferred

Experience with ticketing systems, content management tools, and project collaboration platforms a plus

Excellent written communication and proofreading skills

High attention to detail, especially for grammar and formatting

Ability to manage competing priorities and shift gears quickly

Clear communicator who collaborates well with cross-functional teams

Remote/flexible environment; daily check-in via Microsoft Teams

Must be comfortable managing multiple short-form requests (nothing over 2 pages)
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $20-25.00 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
