Marketing Manager

Overview

We are seeking a customer-focused experienced Director/Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our collaborative marketing team. Our team members are proficient, work well in a team environment, take ownership, and embrace a growth mindset. In this role, you will be responsible for marketing solutions that help secure and govern AI. Your primary objectives will include creating marketing content, increasing awareness, influencing product and monetization strategy, and executing go-to-market plans.
This role requires proven storytelling expertise, strategic thinking, business acumen, and a passion for our customers.

To reach our goals in this market, you are focused on the customer and business outcomes and have experience in building partnerships with engineering teams to influence the product roadmap. You can look end-to-end across the business from marketing campaigns to readiness to product strategy to partner to field to competitor to help improve product, deliver offers, land scale through partners and field, and deliver digital marketing.

Responsibilities:

• Influencing engineering on product roadmap to deliver innovation, ensure competitiveness in the market, and meet customer needs
• Collaborating with business planning on business model decisions and then bringing those to market
• Narrative integration into the broader Security campaign strategy
• Influencing field and partner marketing for enablement and readiness
• Owning and delivering the value proposition of the product in messaging and in content
• Working with customer journey team to amplify Security for AI products
• Deeply understanding competitors and building strategies to address them
• Listening to field input from sellers to influence your marketing motions
• Identifying opportunities to grow the overall for AI business

Experience:

• 10+ years experience in product marketing
• 3+ years experience of product marketing / product management experience within the cybersecurity or AI space

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $65 to $68 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
