As a Business Development Operations Support Specialist, you will be essential to streamlining operations and facilitating partnerships that drive innovation. This dynamic role will place you at the heart of operational efficiency for a world-renowned Services Business Development team. You will be responsible for managing the purchase request and purchase order process, ensuring seamless procurement for global partnerships. Your meticulous attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills will be crucial in optimizing workflows and driving process improvements.

What You’ll Do:
- Manage purchase requests (PRs) and purchase orders (POs), acting as the central point of contact for inquiries and ensuring accuracy of information.
- Oversee the invoice tracking process, validating invoices and maintaining meticulous records.
- Administer the Purchasing Card (p-card) program for the Business Development team.
- Collaborate with another BD Operations Support Manager to onboard new partners, coordinating with various teams across the organization.
- Manage code requests, facilitate code batch approvals, and maintain code batches.
- Prepare performance reports using spreadsheet and presentation tools.
- Document and coordinate analytics requirements for deals.
- Act as the primary point of contact for operational matters for Business Development teams.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Experience with Keynote and Numbers.
- Familiarity with communication tools like Webex and Slack
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $36.76 to $40.85 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
