Our client, a leading healthcare educator in the Education space, is seeking a dynamic Creative Project Manager to join their Institutional Marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a deep understanding of creative processes, and is passionate about ensuring the consistent delivery of on-brand, high-impact marketing campaigns.
This position will be approximately 70% project management and 30% creative oversight, requiring a strong grasp of campaign execution, brand messaging, and creative development workflows.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Campaign and Project Management:

Lead and manage integrated, multi-channel marketing projects (e.g., CRM/email campaigns, web updates, creative asset production).

Coordinate timelines, priorities, budgets, and approvals to ensure successful project execution.

Maintain and update project plans in tools like Workfront or similar PM platforms.

Manage cross-functional teams and maintain accountability across departments, vendors, and stakeholders.
Creative Briefing and Development:

Develop and lead tactical creative briefs in collaboration with Institutional and Product Marketing teams.

Ensure briefs effectively communicate business needs, target audience insights, and desired creative direction.

Partner with internal creative teams and external agencies to align on brand standards and project objectives.
Evaluation and Execution:

Manage the execution of creative deliverables including UGC video campaigns (with vendors such as Media Nuggets), paid digital, social, and email marketing.

Act as a quality control gatekeeper, reviewing creative work (scripts, rough cuts, designs) to ensure brand consistency, message clarity, and creative excellence.

Ensure all creative meets strategic goals, is on brand, and is delivered on time and within budget.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with departments such as Research, Business Intelligence, Media, PR, Legal, and Academics to incorporate their insights and ensure all creative assignments are informed and accurate.

Translate business goals and marketing strategy into effective creative direction.
Creative Asset Management:

Collaborate with brand teams and agencies to maintain an organized and up-to-date visual asset library.

Ensure consistency and availability of assets for use across marketing channels.
Budget and Vendor Coordination:

Oversee budgets related to creative projects, ensuring alignment with authorized plans.

Manage purchase orders, invoices, and payments for external vendors and creative partners.
Qualifications:

Experience with Workfront or similar project management tools is highly preferred.

Strong understanding of creative workflows, either in-house or within a creative agency environment.

Deep knowledge of brand messaging, visual consistency, and multi-channel marketing best practices.

Proven ability to manage high-volume projects across a variety of creative and marketing functions.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills; adept at distilling complex concepts into clear briefs.

Comfortable acting as a brand guardian and ensuring creative quality at every stage of the process.
