**This is an on-site role and requires candidates to be local to the Beaverton, OR area.**
As a key member of our client’s team, you’ll collaborate with Consumer Operations Teams (Men’s, Women’s, Kids’), Functional Operations Teams (Footwear, Apparel, Design), Technology partners, and Central Operations teams (Portfolio Management, Change Management, and Learning & Development). Together, you’ll drive revolutionary changes in merchandising and product creation operations, playing a critical role in shaping the future of the company.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Our client is seeking a seasoned program management leader with a proven track record of delivering multi-year complex programs and driving business outcomes. As a creative problem-solver with a passion for delivering results, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, driving complex programs forward and achieving exceptional outcomes. Your unique blend of business acumen, program management expertise, and leadership will drive forward one of the most critical initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
- At least 12 years of professional experience within Business, Operations, or an equivalent field
- At least 8 years of portfolio, program management and/or project management leadership roles, with a proven track record of delivering large complex programs. Project management certification preferred (PMP)
- Experience working with senior leaders and driving large, cross-functional strategic initiatives
- Strong expertise in developing consensus and influencing effective outcomes across diverse teams
- Experience working in a highly matrixed work environment and comfortable with ambiguity
- Strong communication, team dynamics, conflict resolution, mentoring and leadership skills
- Ability to track and manage complicated dependencies both within the assigned program and across programs in the portfolio
- Experience in product creation a plus
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
As a Program Management specialist, your primary focus will be delivering a strategic initiative and you will play a secondary role helping shape program management excellence across the portfolio of initiatives.
- Deliver Strategic Initiatives: You will partner with business leaders to create, manage, and track value delivery on assigned initiatives. You will lead and execute all aspects of program management, including scope, schedule, budget, capacity, risks, and dependencies.
- Manage a complex program with multiple stakeholders and workstreams
- Develop and execute program plans, monitoring progress and adjusting as needed
- Manage stakeholder engagement and communication
- Partner with change management and learning development to ensure successful activation and adoption
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues, delivering status reporting to stakeholders
- Participate in portfolio-led governance
Program Management Excellence: You will contribute to the program management team’s continuous improvement efforts, bringing learnings from your program as the team establishes standard ways of working and best-in-class methodologies. You will leverage your program delivery to drive consistency in governance processes, enabling strategic alignment, prioritization, and visibility.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $64.01 to $71.13 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
