We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented PRINT Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. This opportunity is ideal for a designer with 1–3 years of professional experience who is passionate about creating high-quality visual work across both print and digital media. The ideal candidate will be highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, with a strong emphasis on Photoshop and InDesign. Experience with Figma, Workfront, and print production is highly preferred. A background in retail and photo art direction is a plus.
A portfolio showcasing recent print and digital design work is required to be considered for this role.
Key Responsibilities:

Create high-quality visual assets for print and digital channels using Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and other Creative Suite applications.

Build and customize content within established templates while maintaining brand consistency.

Design print collateral such as brochures, signage, direct mail, and other marketing materials.

Collaborate with designers, project managers, copywriters, agencies, photographers, and other vendors to bring creative projects to life.

Attend cross-functional meetings to gather project requirements and translate them into engaging designs.

Support design projects in Figma, ensuring consistency across digital platforms.

Maintain organized project workflows using Workfront or similar project management tools.

Provide quality assurance to ensure all creative deliverables, including print-ready files, meet brand and quality standards.

Contribute to photo art direction by offering creative input during photoshoots (if applicable).

Adapt designs based on feedback while maintaining deadlines and project priorities.

Apply an understanding of retail and consumer marketing trends to enhance creative work.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with strong expertise in Photoshop and InDesign (mandatory).

Working knowledge of Figma for design collaboration.

Familiarity with Workfront or similar project management tools.

Strong portfolio showcasing both print and digital design work.

Experience preparing print-ready files and working with print vendors is a plus.

Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a commitment to delivering polished, high-quality work.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with photo art direction.

Previous retail or e-commerce design experience.

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $25.00-35.00 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
