ABOUT MARKETING OPERATIONS
The Marketing Operations team within our Marketing division continues to grow as owners of Marketing Ways of Working, Process Mapping, Tools, Budget & Headcount, and Creative Operations. Our scope spans all cross-functional teams within marketing and related departments. We’re typically the first team asked to help drive clarity, map out roles and responsibilities, and establish clear working processes. Our mission is to ensure consistent and streamlined processes across the Marketing organization.
POSITION OVERVIEW
As a Marketing Operations Associate, Project Manager, you will provide critical support to the Marketing Operations Senior Manager, ensuring team operations, priority project management, and general support across the Marketing Team. You will work with teams including Client Solutions, Brand Marketing, and Growth Marketing, collaborating closely with their Directors and Senior Managers to establish and maintain efficient processes. This role requires agency background experience, preferably with B2B experience at a large company.
Location: Hybrid role following the Hoboken hybrid schedule
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the Marketing Operations Senior Manager in wide-scope project management initiatives
- Own meeting note-taking and develop action plans based on feedback
- Develop and communicate solutions to improve team operational efficiencies
- Gather facts and understand Ways of Working (WoW) across the organization
- Collect learnings from pilot projects and iterate on processes in an agile model
- Partner closely with stakeholders in client solution and omni teams to streamline ways of working
- Build and maintain cross-functional relationships
- Support general team administrative tasks as needed
- Ensure teams maximize the potential of project management tools, particularly Workfront
- Support the Marketing and Growth teams on specific initiatives
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in project management, team operations, and process mapping within a marketing organization
- Must come from an agency background, preferably with B2B experience at a large company
- Experience with Workfront is required
- Demonstrated experience in change management
- Proficient in building PowerPoint presentations
- Experience managing complex timelines with multiple stakeholders
- Previous experience in campaign project management, with email marketing and brand marketing a plus
- Understanding of agile methodologies

TEAM STRUCTURE
You will join a team that includes two senior managers, two managers, and another contractor position.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $41 to $46 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
