As a Consumer Experience Operations Lead with Aquent Studios, you will play a pivotal role in driving the efficiency and effectiveness of one of our top pharma client’s complex consumer experience programs. This role is crucial in ensuring seamless execution and creative excellence in a fast-paced, agile environment. You will be instrumental in bridging communication gaps, managing resources, and optimizing processes to deliver impactful results.
Your Impact:
In this role, you will be the driving force behind the successful execution of consumer experience initiatives. Your ability to anticipate challenges, streamline workflows, and foster collaboration will directly contribute to the timely delivery of high-quality projects. You will be the central hub for cross-team communication, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed. Your efforts will enable the team to focus on innovation and creativity, ultimately enhancing the overall consumer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Effectively communicate project status to diverse stakeholders.
- Ensure alignment of dependent business unit schedules.
- Facilitate program scope definition, estimates, and deliverables.
- Apply strong technical, process analysis, and documentation skills.
- Proactively identify and resolve project issues and risks.
- Manage multiple projects, tasks, and priorities.
- Implement and maintain a collaborative team environment.
- Integrate technical schedules and resolve dependencies.
- Utilize project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office).
- Document and improve process standards and best practices.
- Lead detailed project planning, budgeting, and capacity planning.
- Orchestrate cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality design deliverables.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum BA/BS in Project Management, Business Management, Computer Science, or Logistics.
- 10+ years of studio and traffic management experience.
- 10+ years of project/process management, operations, or strategy analyst experience.
- Experience managing complex projects in a global environment.
- Experience with Lean, iterative design, and Agile development.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in project management software.
- Superior organizational and multitasking abilities.
Preferred Skills:
- Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Agency experience.
- Familiarity with pharma/health technology.
- PMP Certification.
- Process Management certification.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $55-60/hour.
Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
