Compensation: $75,000 – $85,000 base salary

What You’ll Do

Media Planning & Execution

  • Develop and execute multi-channel media plans (programmatic, social, search, ABM, direct buys, and emerging channels).
  • Own day-to-day media planning and buying across assigned accounts, ensuring campaigns are strategic, efficient, and performance-driven.
  • Analyze and optimize media performance, ensuring campaigns align with KPIs and business goals.
  • Collaborate with analytics, ad ops, and creative teams to execute campaigns that drive impact.
  • Stay ahead of media trends, bringing fresh, innovative ideas to our clients and team.

Client & Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with the Senior Director, Media (US) to support client strategy and account growth.
  • Act as the day-to-day media point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and alignment.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and learning.
  • Assist in new business pitches, proposals, and media POVs, contributing to our growth.

What You Bring

  • 5-7 years of media planning experience (B2B experience strongly preferred).
  • Expertise in digital media planning, including programmatic, paid social, SEM, and direct buys.
  • A data-driven mindset—you love digging into analytics to optimize media performance.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
  • Experience working directly with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
