With offices in the US (Boston, Providence) and the UK (London), we’re growing fast and looking for a Media Planner to help execute high-performance campaigns, optimize media activations, and support key B2B client accounts.

What You’ll Do:

  • Assist in developing and executing multi-channel media plans, supporting programmatic, search, social, direct buys, and more.

  • Manage campaign setup, trafficking, and reporting, ensuring seamless execution and tracking.

  • Analyze performance data and recommend optimizations to improve campaign success.

  • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to negotiate placements and maximize media investments.

  • Stay up-to-date on B2B media trends, platforms, and innovations to bring fresh ideas to clients.

Client & Team Collaboration:

  • Support the Media Supervisor in client communications, ensuring smooth execution and performance tracking.

  • Work closely with client and agency analytics, ad ops, and creative teams to enhance campaign effectiveness.

  • Provide guidance and mentorship for assistant media planners and interns.

What You Bring:

  • 2-4 years of media planning experience (B2B experience strongly preferred).

  • Strong knowledge of digital media platforms, including programmatic, paid social, SEM, and direct buys.

  • Analytical skills, with experience in campaign optimization and performance reporting.

  • Excellent organization and attention to detail—you can manage multiple tasks and deadlines seamlessly.

  • A passion for media planning, performance marketing, and learning from senior leaders.
