EST hours required – ideally sit in CST or EST

Length of contract: Approved through 2025, possible extension into 2026

 

Candidates will need to work an EST based schedule.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $58 to $60 / hourly as a W2 employee.

Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location. Additional benefits offered may include; medical health insurance and dental insurance, life insurance, and eligibility to participate in a 401k plan with company match.

 

Our established Financial client is seeking an experienced Account Manager, with specific Email Marketing experience, with previous experience working with Healthcare focused clients, either at In-house or Agency environments. This Account Manager will support an established/successful in-house creative team that’s been in place for 12+ years.

This team supports business for a bank, support for large Retail Clients (credit cards) as well as support for internal team members across the broader organization that need Creative and/or Marketing support.

 

Quick must haves: 

  • Account Management/Creative Agency experience
  • 10+ years of Account Management experience, working within Agencies and/or in-house Creative teams
  • Account Supervisor/Account Director level experience
  • Deep digital, email marketing experience
  • Important:  must have healthcare experience 

 

The Account Management team builds and nurtures Creative client relationships by understanding their needs and bringing a solutions-minded approach to everything they do throughout the creative process.

They possess a deep understanding and in-depth knowledge of their client’s business objectives, key issues, competitive environments, and industry trends. They set the tone, pace, and ways of working with their clients. Their goal is to help drive the business through creative strategy and storytelling and to do this, candidates in this role must have a solid understanding of today’s consumer and how to connect with them in ways that resonate.

This candidate will be a growth-minded leader, with an entrepreneurial spirit and will bring a solutions minded approach to everything they do.

 

Role Summary:

We’re looking for an Account Supervisor with in-house and/or agency experience, to support a range of clients and their multi-channel campaigns.

Previous experience using Adobe Workfront is desired.

 

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Manages day-to-day workflow of client campaigns, ensuring all work is produced on time, on budget and on strategy
  • Owns and leads large and complex projects with minimal oversight from the VP Group Account Director
  • Develops and maintains strong client and team relationships
  • Provides regular two-way communication between the client and team, to provide strong team representation and set proper client expectations
  • Ensures that client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner, informing the management of any problems that may arise
  • Lead internal and client-facing meetings and presentations
  • Demonstrate the ability to understand the dynamics of your client’s business, see the bigger picture and the implications on our work
  • Synthesize client feedback to provide clear and concise direction
  • Take cues from leadership to set the tone for the team, keeping the team positive and focused on solutions
  • Ensures that client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner, informing the management of any problems that may arise
  • Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned
  • Demonstrated project management and workflow updating skills. Working in a PM platform like Adobe Workfront preferred.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven or agile environment
  • 7+ years email campaign experience, with hands-on experience building and deploying commercial email or equivalent experience with html/web page building
  • 5+ years working in an ESP like Salesforce, Responsys, Zeta, PCM/Harmony or Cheetah.
  • Experience in consumer financial services with exposure to a credit card or retail environment.
  • Experience working with data segmentation and data auditing
  • Demonstrated ability to creatively solve problems, develop new tactics and address implementation obstacles.
  • Strong Change Management skills – effective communicator, good at holding “crucial conversations” with clients and internal partners.
  • Demonstrated aptitude in the Microsoft Office suite including SharePoint, Teams, Excel and PowerPoint.

 

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Journalism or Communications OR in lieu of degree a high school diploma and 10 years of work experience as an account/project manager in a fast-paced, creative agency environment
