As a Growth Marketing Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating and executing marketing campaigns that drive user engagement and business growth. You will be at the forefront of delivering impactful messages across multiple channels, including email, push notifications, and in-app communications, contributing directly to the success of a diverse portfolio of products and services. As a Growth Marketing Project Manager, you will be essential to the planning, execution, and delivery of marketing messages across various channels. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will manage resources, timelines, and communication to ensure seamless campaign execution. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a high-performing team and make a tangible impact on a global scale.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead monthly campaign intake and iterative planning across multiple lines of business, optimizing resource allocation for marketing operations teams.
  • Develop comprehensive work back schedules for email, push notification, and in-app marketing campaigns, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
  • Maintain meticulous campaign data accuracy within the project management system, ensuring data integrity and reporting accuracy.
  • Support change request management across campaigns of varying complexity, adapting to evolving needs and priorities.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional project management teams, including marketing and technical partners, fostering seamless communication and alignment.
  • Lead cross-functional meetings to gather project scope and align level of effort, ensuring clarity and consensus among stakeholders.
  • Report on the plan of record for capacity allocation and forecasting, providing insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Proactively address complex risk management challenges through education, advocacy, partnerships, and innovative problem-solving.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Deep understanding of marketing operations and resource allocation at the enterprise level.
  • Proven ability to take initiative, adapt to changing priorities, maintain a solutions-focused mindset, and operate with a high sense of urgency and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication skills, enabling effective interaction with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trust, cultivate strong relationships, and gain the confidence of peers and stakeholders.
  • Strong presentation and training development skills, with the ability to tailor communication to diverse audiences.
  • Excellent data analysis and synthesis skills, with the ability to distill complex information into concise and easily understandable summaries.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
Experience with lifecycle marketing, CRM, email marketing, or mobile apps.

 

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $75.00 to $80.00/hr . Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
