Project Manager - Merchandising Space Optimization

POSITION SUMMARY: 

This role will be responsible for setup of current planograms in the Blue Yonder system. You will work closely with the Sr. Project Manager to complete this task accurately and on time.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Creation of planograms for our fragrance zone as part of transitioning our fragrance maps into our new Space Planning tool, Blue Yonder.
• Tracking and communication of progress and issue management
• Develop understanding of fragrance merchandising principles and rules to support planogram design.
• Maintain master databases of all branded and animated space by store and fixture for a portion of stores within the US fleet.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience working for a retailer, preferably with a focus in Merchandising, Operations, or other related field.
• Process oriented with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong sense of urgency and time management skills; ability to work within deadlines on multiple projects and competing priorities.
• Experience using Blue Yonder space planning software to create planograms
• Intermediate to advanced excel skills a must.
• Quick learner with a knack for analyzing and solving problems in out of the box ways.
• Positive, proactive team player.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $43.05 to $47.84 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
