This candidate will be experienced in digital perforamance analytics, specifically related to website, social, pay per click and media campaigns. This includes project management, marketing analytics, measurement, and strategic insight.
They work cross-functionally and collaboratively, supporting data and analytic integration across the Digital Retail Platform to serve as a point of contact (supporting Digital Retail Platform team) for media and web performance & optimization, strategy & research, and reporting & analysis.
Key roles and responsibilities include:
• Support business team relationship to understand objectives, strategies and project requirements.
• Assist in managing site tagging initiatives, implementation, best practices, and trouble-shooting to ensure digital marketing efforts are measured accurately and appropriately.
• Assist in managing the development of deliverable templates and delivery process (i.e. dashboards, reporting, analysis and recommendations).
• Analyze data and provide actionable insight/recommendations to improve overall performance.
• Partner with agency and internal teams to ensure data quality and accuracy.
• Work with agency teams to develop learning agenda to include optimization plan and testing.
• Participate in measurement planning for existing and emerging channels (web, social, mobile).
• Educate business partners on proper performance measurements, ensuring alignment of Key Performance Indicators and advising on how analytics can assist in directing business.
• Creating and presenting compelling stories by utilizing internal and external analytics sources detailing the performance for an end-to-end ecommerce-style site enablement to stake-holding teams.
• Utilizing site data to strategically consult the product owners to improve the UX and identify new opportunities for site testing to enhance experience for customers and dealers.
• Continuously analyzing team processes to help improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability across reporting and solutions while ensuring team alignment with the overall organization and
stakeholder goals.
Demonstrated Experience:
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience within the digital research/analytics space, site analytics a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience with project management and/or collaborative projects.
• Strong understanding of data management and organization, including QA processes.
• Ability to manage multiple, complex projects and deadlines.
• Strong presentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Technical Skills
• Proficiency with online and offline data
• Experience with PowerPoint, Excel, and Power BI a plus.
This is a hybrid position, with 3 days onsite in Warren. No exceptions.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $40-50/hour DOE. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
