The ideal candidate will have experience developing workplace solutions for creative teams that are driven by business and cultural objectives. You understand how creative teams work, and appreciate how physical space impacts their ability to bring ideas to life.

You are highly organized. You are proactive, self-motivated and adaptable. You can solve problems independently. You can ‘see around the corner’ and identify communication, logistical, and scheduling challenges. You have a disciplined approach to managing your projects, but maintain the flexibility to work both tactically and strategically when adjustments are required.

  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, written and verbal, to all levels of an organization
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Acts with urgency – reacts quickly to change in direction, and resolves issues quickly and efficiently
  • Creative problem solver – Excels at managing stakeholder expectations and negotiating tradeoffs
  • Passion for improving processes and tools – always looking for opportunities to better organize work

Description

In this role, you will support our spaces program lead with coordinating and executing various space planning initiatives and special projects across our studios globally to accommodate staffing needs and other business requirements. More specifically, you will…

  • Support program lead with gathering space needs from teams – align requests to longrange workplace strategy plans
  • Support quarterly space forecasting
  • Maintain accurate digital floor maps for each of our studio locations
  • Handle day-to-day issues and troubleshooting of seating challenges
  • Navigate competing priorities and manage negotiations between teams as needed
  • Manage requests for moves, adds and changes (MAC) with facilities
  • Ensure changes are documented and communicated to impacted parties
  • Proactively identify and escalate issues appropriately, and participate in their resolution
  • Partner with program lead to effectively manage occupancy plans, ratios, headcount projections, and report to stakeholders
  • Monitor, analyze and interpret large data sets. Generate ad hoc reports as requested.
  • Coordinate with partners to manage relocations, including the development and execution of project planning activities, timing of group moves/relocations, migration and phasing plans, stack and block plans, test-fits and relocation

Education

  • BA/BS or equivalent experience.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $46.80 to $52 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
