We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven Project Manager to join our Operations Consumer Products team. This role partners with internal stakeholders—including 3rd Party Commercialization, Franchise, Brand Merchandising, Creative Design, and Product Design—to streamline operations and ensure the successful execution of projects. Supporting both Creative Design and Product Design, you’ll be responsible for managing timelines, delivering assets, and driving process improvements that leverage technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish project timelines to meet key milestones based on Needs & Assets and PTM calendars.
  • Maintain comprehensive project tracking systems to monitor and report on project progress.
  • Proactively escalate risks and delays to stakeholders, providing actionable solutions.
  • Facilitate effective and strategic milestone meetings to drive alignment and clarity.
  • Liaise with internal and external partners, including licensees, to ensure project success.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with global teams across multiple disciplines.
  • Lead workshops to gather insights on current processes and implement improvements.
  • Continually evaluate workflows to maximize efficiencies and adopt innovative technologies.
  • Partner with Games and Publishing teams as needed to ensure cross-functional alignment.
  • Oversee the early asset delivery process and manage legal, business affairs, trademark, and music clearance.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet compliance and quality standards for Creative and Product Design.
  • Utilize Monday.com for data and project status tracking.
  • Manage and analyze large datasets to inform project decisions and improve workflows.
  • Ensure all documentation and records are accurate and up to date.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

  • Experience: 3+ years of project management or related work experience.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a business operations field or equivalent experience.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and record-keeping abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with PC/Mac office tools and data management systems.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage tight deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • A proactive mindset with a strong sense of initiative and ownership.

Preferred Skills

  • Process design experience, ideally within the creative, retail, or e-commerce industries (photos, videos).
  • Workshop facilitation expertise for gathering insights and improving workflows.
  • Consulting experience focused on process optimization.
  • Media and entertainment industry experience in a consumer products capacity.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Familiarity with Monday.com or similar project tracking tools.
  • Comfortable working with large datasets and leveraging systems for efficiency.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $31.16 to $34.63 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
