Primary Role Function: Our client is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join their enterprise team, focusing on internal tools related to content finance. This role involves working alongside two other senior product designers, specifically on products that aid in the financial forecasting and content planning processes. The ideal candidate will be a remarkable enterprise product designer who can integrate effectively with cross-functional teams—including Product Managers, Engineers, Data Scientists, and business partners—to develop intuitive interfaces for these critical financial tools.
Responsibilities:
- Design UI screens and UX workflows, leveraging the company’s design system.
- Conduct usability research and testing with both internal team members and external vendors.
- Collaborate closely with Product Management to refine product requirements and performance metrics.
- Provide high-quality design deliverables to Engineering and support the development process through to completion, ensuring superior user experiences.
- Produce diagrams, presentations, documentation, and any other necessary materials to clearly communicate design concepts to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in Product Design, with a focus on designing enterprise-level products.
- Ability to operate independently and navigate through ambiguity to find clarity.
- A history of successful product launches that have significantly impacted the business.
- Strong capability to quickly understand complex workflows and scale them across diverse, global teams.
- Proficient in rapidly ideating, producing, and testing multiple UX/UI concepts and prototypes.
- Excellent communication skills, with a proven ability to articulate design concepts and their potential impacts effectively.
- Experience in fast-paced, continuous delivery environments.
- A collaborative and humble approach to feedback, both giving and receiving, to continuously improve and deliver quality results.
Compensation: The pay rate for this position is $145 per hour.
