Primary Role Function: Our client is seeking a Senior Product Designer to work across two critical teams, both with a focus on enterprise/tooling solutions. The ideal candidate will be an exceptional enterprise product designer who can work seamlessly with cross-functional teams—including Product Managers, Engineers, Data Scientists, and business partners—to develop user-friendly interfaces for these two distinct areas.

Responsibilities:

  • Design UI screens and UX workflows utilizing the company’s design system.
  • Conduct usability research and testing with both internal users and external vendors.
  • Collaborate with Product Management to refine requirements and establish success metrics.
  • Deliver high-quality designs to Engineering and assist throughout the development lifecycle to ensure exceptional end-user experiences.
  • Create diagrams, presentations, documentation, and any other materials necessary to clearly communicate design intentions to all stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • At least 6 years of Product Design experience, specifically in designing internal tooling, with some experience in consumer web products.

  • An ability to quickly grasp complex workflows designed to scale across diverse, global teams.
  • Strong capabilities in ideating, producing, and testing multiple UX/UI concepts and prototypes swiftly.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate your design concepts and their potential impacts persuasively.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, continuous delivery environments.
  • A team-oriented approach, ego-free and open to both giving and receiving feedback constructively.

This role offers the opportunity to significantly influence internal processes and improve user experiences across the organization, ensuring both employee satisfaction and customer support excellence. If you are a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of product design within complex systems and a passion for creating seamless user experiences, we encourage you to apply.

Compensation: The pay rate for this position is $125 per hour.
