The SEC MSC Inventory Services tec team is responsible for supporting the ongoing SEC EMEA project as well as providing their expertise to existing Production Support teams for the SEC MANA and SEC MAGC production support incidents. The scope covered by the inventory services team is in the SAP S4 and SAP CAR space primarily for the following functionalities: ATP, Promising, Allocation, BOP and Omnichannel Article Availability (CAR).
Duties:
- Work with business stakeholders and partner teams to gather business requirements.
- Translate business requirements into a functional design.
- Communicate business requirements to relevant development teams
- As needed, propose and implement SAP S4 and CAR configuration changes in the ATP, Promising, Allocation, BOP and Inventory Availability space.
- As needed to support a given enhancement, drive the creation or modification of Source-to-target
- Mappings for integration engineering teams
- Test SAP S4 and CAR functionality and manage regression testing of changes across code bases and releases.
- Conduct Functional Unit Testing and Integrated Testing
- Troubleshoot Issues and recommend corrections
- Provide support for business user testing
- Provide advanced (Level 4) troubleshooting and support for issues escalated by the Production Support team.
Skills –
Must Have:
- Broad SAP Sales and Distribution experience within S/4 Fashion. (Specifically: ATP/ Promising, Backorder Processing (RE-ATP and Supply Assignment), CAR Omnichannel Article Availability and Inventory Availability.)
- Ability to perform SAP configuration (customization) in the above areas.
- Familiarity with the SAP tables supporting the above areas.
- Clear and timely communication – both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $58.79 to $65.33 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
