We’re in search of a Digital Marketing Manager to join our client’s Wholesale Activation team. The person in this role will lead the creation of paid media campaigns, leveraging digital media, influencer marketing, and account-specific tactics to drive product sell-through. Working cross-functionally with Wholesale Activation Teams, media agencies, and key wholesale accounts, this role requires a high level of organization and planning skills. As a key member of the Wholesale Digital Activation team, you will collaborate closely with broader digital marketing teams to establish a US-based center of excellence. The ultimate goal is to drive high-quality traffic to products, accelerating revenue growth through innovative media and digital marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, set up, manage, and report on media campaigns in collaboration with key account partners.
  • Serve as the team expert on media KPIs, determining appropriate metrics for channel goals, from awareness to conversions.
  • Translate market insights and data signals into actionable recommendations aligned with business objectives.
  • Provide thought leadership on the latest trends in paid media, including search, social, programmatic, and video domains.
  • Research, plan, and launch test-and-scale initiatives for digital campaigns.
  • Analyze campaign performance tied to marketing and business objectives.
  • Work cross-functionally with merchandising and sales teams to align media strategies with inventory levels and product lifecycles.
  • Manage media budgets, evaluate channel performance, and reallocate resources to optimize results.
  • Contribute to achieving sales, ROI, and overall business goals through innovative strategies and flawless execution.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to build relationships quickly.
  • Curiousity-driven mindset, always asking, “What if?”
  • Proven ability to manage large media budgets and achieve revenue, ROI, and KPI targets.
  • Skilled in producing detailed reporting and collaborative strategic planning.
  • Analytical thinker with the ability to distill complex data into actionable strategies.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing channels, including paid search, social, programmatic, and influencer marketing.
  • Knowledge of attribution modeling and influencer content best practices is a plus.
  • Ambitious and profit-driven, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Passionate about project management and tracking task coordination.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (SharePoint, PowerPoint, Teams, Excel).
  • Experience in B2B channels and account-specific tools to increase market share.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and within tight deadlines.
  • Interest in leveraging technology to scale and automate key processes.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; a focus in marketing, business, or computer science is a plus.
  • Experience working with or for an advertising agency.
  • 3-5 years of hands-on paid media or digital activation experience.
  • Proficiency with project management or marketing reporting platforms.
  • Knowledge of the sporting goods industry. 

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $45 to $50 per hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
