We’re searching for a UX Writer for our large client. In this contract role, you will create new and better experiences across the client’s services, focusing on their sports-related features and subscriptions.
On this assignment, you will work as part of the client’s services design team. You’ll help build customer experiences across multiple platforms. You’ll be an advocate for the user while also understanding the interests of marketing, business, and engineering groups. You should be comfortable offering and receiving feedback, and working closely with partners around the client company.
What You Will Do:
- Craft copy within existing tone, language, and design systems
- Work on feature development, naming, user flows, product logic, and education for several projects at once
- Converge customer goals, business requirements, and brand values
- Boil down complex systems into coherent, concise, and compelling interface copy
- Collaborate with designers and other writers to uncover and solve UI challenges
- Address feedback and improve the performance of the content
What You Will Bring:
- 2+ years of experience in UX writing, content strategy, or related fields.
- Proven ability to create clear, concise, and engaging copy for digital interfaces.
- Strong collaboration skills, working with designers, engineers, and product teams.
- Familiarity with user-centered design principles and content design best practices.
- Experience managing multiple projects and delivering high-quality work under deadlines.
- Knowledge of design systems, tone guidelines, and content optimization.
- Passion for crafting exceptional user experiences, especially sports-related features.
- Bonus: Experience with sports content, user flows, or data-informed content improvements.
