The Digital Operations Specialist will partner with Global Digital Operations, Digital Product/Technology teams, and vendor partners to track capabilities, develop rollout/go-to-market plans, and support Territories. This role requires collaboration with Global/Geo/Territory business teams to provide support for Flagship/Owned Platforms, including SEO optimization, in-season business support, and Membership initiative tracking. Additionally, the specialist will work with Digital Partners (3PP) to ensure streamlined and efficient operations while optimizing and automating current business processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Global, Geo, and Territory levels to support Flagship/Owned Platforms, including SEO best practices and Membership initiative tracking.
- Partner with Digital Product/Technology teams to track capability rollouts and deliver go-to-market plans to Territories.
- Provide “read and react” in-season business support to ensure operational excellence and timely resolutions.
- Optimize and streamline operational processes using tools like Airtable, identifying opportunities for automation where possible.
- Support Digital Partners (3PP) by ensuring alignment and operational efficiency.
- Simplify and interpret complex reports for cross-functional teams and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication to individuals with varying levels of expertise and English proficiency.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven ability to manage multiple non-linear projects, prioritize effectively, and adapt quickly to shifting priorities.
- Proficiency in Airtable with a strong ability to streamline and optimize processes within the platform.
- Exceptional analytical skills, capable of interpreting complex reports and communicating insights clearly.
- Strong cross-functional communication skills to align diverse teams and stakeholders, particularly in a global setting.
- Experience with Jira to manage workflows and track project progress.
- Familiarity with SEO strategies, including keyword identification and best practice implementation for Territory-specific needs.
- Ability to work effectively with stakeholders whose second language is English.
- Prior experience supporting APLA (Asia Pacific, Latin America) DDC (Direct Digital Commerce) or similar digital commerce initiatives.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $40 to $42 hourly. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
