The Product & Regulatory Operations organization focuses on user and business safety across digital platforms, delivering operations for emerging and critical priorities in close partnership with product/engineering, legal and cross-functional stakeholders.
As a Product Operations Project Manager, you will work on projects that drive growth, engagement, and quality of digital products. We are looking for experienced professionals with a strong background in program/project management, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to build and maintain relationships with global stakeholders. Your role involves aiding in planning, executing, and monitoring projects, developing plans, tracking progress, and updating stakeholders. The ideal candidate will promote cross-functional engagement and communicate program progress to key stakeholders.
Additionally, we seek someone who has a passion for diving deep to understand platform dynamics. This individual has a demonstrated ability to leverage large data sets and advanced tooling. They also will have strong analytical & investigative skills and should be comfortable with ambiguity and experimentation.
Responsibilities:
- Support project scope, develop and execute project plans for supported programs
- Drive effective, concise and persuasive program communications/collaboration, including root cause analysis, internal/external escalations coordination and communications to leadership
- Identify gaps in strategy, systems, and processes to support growth at scale
- General program management to define project scope, develop and execute plans, drive risk and compliance activities
- Showcase grace under pressure and ensure effective and timely collaboration with multiple internal stakeholders
- Adapt to changing requirements and prioritize escalation requests effectively
- Strong analytical and investigative skills, experience leveraging large data sets and advanced tooling
Minimum Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in operations for a tech company, consulting, operations or similar roles
- Strategic thinking with a proven track record of enhancing customer experience through innovation and continuous improvement
- 7+ years project or program management experience in a corporate environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across functional boundaries and globally
- Ability to make judgments under tight deadlines and competing priorities
- Proficiency/Basic knowledge in analytical tools (e.g., Excel, SQL) for driving analytics, reporting and operational decision-making
- Experience driving collaboration of cross-functional teams, coordinating effectively, and inspiring others
- Experience communicating effectively via various formats, time zones and audiences, including within operations teams and across key stakeholders and senior leadership
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $95 to $100/HR. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
