Hybrid 2 days onsight (Tues/Wed) in Oakville, ON, Canada.
We’re seeking a Digital Analyst to join our Digital Operations team, helping drive our digital evolution through data-driven insights and operational excellence.
Role Overview: Support cross-functional digital operations between Product, IT, and Marketing teams, focusing on website analytics, user experience optimization, and digital channel performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze customer interactions and build funnel reporting using tools like Google Analytics, Looker/Data Studio, and Quantum Metric
- Monitor and optimize SEO health using tools like SEM Rush
- Translate complex data into actionable insights for leadership
- Support website functionality testing and validation
- Develop and maintain documentation for processes and procedures
- Participate in requirements gathering and project prioritization
- Monitor API performance and technical analytics
Required Skills:
- Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau, Quantum Metric)
- Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals and SEO
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and web technologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills – ability to translate technical data into business insights
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite
