If so, then we have an exciting opportunity for you! Our brand is in the midst of a strategic and tactical shift, and we are seeking a talented individual to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with various teams at our Lifescience company, including marketers, cross-functional partners (Analytics, Medical, Access), external agencies, and sales/field personnel, to drive impactful marketing initiatives. With a focus on digital marketing, vendor management, and creating omnichannel experiences, this role offers ample opportunities to leverage key marketing skills and make a real impact. Specific Projects and Capabilities could range from:

  • Using Veeva for Compliance Reviews and getting pieces through Promotional Committee Review (legal, compliance, medical)
  • Putting together slide decks that cover strategy, tactics, or educational materials for tool roll-outs
  • Creating Field Execution Memos and bulletins and getting them approved
  • Scheduling and Facilitating meetings to advance work
  • Creating Contracts and advancing them through Genentech systems
  • Creating promotional campaigns for Hematologist/Oncologists from start to finish including roll-out across channels with key KPIs identified
  • Creating promotional campaigns for Patients with Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma who were recently diagnosed and are on their first treatments, including roll-outs across channels with key KPIs identified
  • Non Personnel Promotion Marketing channel fluency is a major bonus
  • Digital and Media fluency is a must
  • Comfortable with change and uncertainty
  • Experience with Oncology is nice, but not a must-have

About the Marketing Team
The team has product accountability for several cancer treating products. These innovative products treat serious blood cancers in Non Hodgkin’s Lymphoma and provide hope to patients and their families. As a part of the 1Marketing organization our goal is to provide a more seamless omnichannel experience across customers so patients can benefit. The team is currently busy preparing for several Line Extensions for the Bi-specifics and a massive Push to Peak sales 

Experience:

  • 6-9 years of relevant experience

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $55-63 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
