Aquent Studios has a great opportunity for G9 Marketing Operations Manager who will oversee the
operations of the ecosystem marketing agile team, ensure successful campaign
development/implementation, measure campaign/initiative success, and drive internal alignment within
the agile marketing framework. This multifaceted role requires a combination of strategic thinking,
cross-functional collaboration, project management, and technical expertise – along with strong
leadership skills and a proactive, go-getter attitude that inspires and motivates the team to achieve our
goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Development/Implementation:
  • Lead campaign ideation, planning, and execution processes, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop comprehensive campaign strategies that leverage agile marketing principles, with a strategic view of both the big picture and intricate details.
  • Monitor campaign progress and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Agile Marketing Framework Support:
  • Work with the cross-functional team to define best practices, and guide team discussions for innovation and alignment.
  • Provide guidance on sprint planning, backlog management, and prioritization.
  • Foster a culture of experimentation, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Facilitate collaboration and communication within the agile marketing team, encouraging team members to speak up and share insights.
  • Ensure the adoption and adherence of agile marketing principles and frameworks.
  • Operations Management and Measurement:
  • Monitor and report on OKRs to measure campaign success.
  • Coordinate and manage marketing operations, including resource allocation and budgeting.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to processes, workflows, and metrics.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
  • Remote. Travel, as needed, to Upper Gwynedd, PA

Qualifications:

  • Minimums 3 years’ proven experience in campaign development/implementation, marketing operations, and measurement.
  • Familiarity with agile marketing principles and methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of analytics and performance metrics.
  • Experience using project management tools.
  • Proven experience working with a variety of stakeholders and fostering cross-functional collaboration, demonstrating proactive leadership in discussions.

Technical Skills:

  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with a keen understanding of project management tools and/or ability to learn new tools quickly. Experience with JIRA and MURAL preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Office (including PowerPoint, Teams, OneNote).
  • Proven strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication and leadership skills, with a focus on guiding team discussions and fostering a strategic perspective.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools
  • Emotional Intelligence: Demonstrating empathy, self-awareness, and the ability to manage emotions is crucial when dealing with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Active Listening: Being an active listener allows you to understand the concerns and motivations of cross-functional stakeholders. It involves paying attention, asking clarifying questions, and paraphrasing to ensure a clear understanding of their perspectives.
  • Conflict Resolution: Proficiency in conflict resolution techniques is essential when dealing with challenging stakeholders. Being able to mediate conflicts, find common ground, and facilitate open dialogue can help reach mutually beneficial resolutions.
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills enable the role to find win-win solutions with a variety of stakeholders. They should be able to assertively advocate for the team's needs while considering the stakeholder’s interests.
