Freelance Production Designer (Part-Time)

Overview

We’re seeking a talented and versatile Production Designer to join our client’s dynamic team. This role is crucial in bringing our creative concepts to life across various marketing channels. You’ll be responsible for the design and production of a wide range of marketing materials, from email campaigns and banner ads to social media graphics and direct mail pieces.

*This is a fully remote part-time position between 10-15 hours/week. Project briefs are weekly on Tuesdays and project deadlines are due the following Wednesday, projects must be completed before then. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Create visually appealing and effective designs for email campaigns, banner ads, social media graphics, direct mail pieces, and potentially landing pages.
• Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Collaborate with Senior Designers, copywriters, marketers, and other team members to develop creative concepts.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.

Project Management:

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
• Effectively communicate project status and challenges to team members.

Must-Have Skills:

• Visual Design Skills: A keen eye for design, typography, and color.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure pixel-perfect designs.
• Adaptability: Ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and design trends.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $40 – $42/hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location. Additional benefits offered may include; medical health insurance and dental insurance, life insurance, and eligibility to participate in 401k plan with company match (if applicable).
