Position Overview
This is a backfill position for a team member currently on LOA, supporting digital marketing initiatives across multiple retail channels.
Primary Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Management
- Develop and execute omni-channel content marketing programs with a ‘create once, publish everywhere’ philosophy
- Translate marketing objectives into results-driven, creative content that emphasizes customer storytelling
- Ensure consistent customer experience across all touchpoints including eCommerce, digital marketing, and retail channels
- Lead project management and administrative functions using Wrike platform
Project Leadership
- Establish and manage project timelines and deliverables
- Provide regular status updates to stakeholders
- Chair and lead creative review meetings with internal clients
- Build consensus around project direction and next steps
- Communicate project outcomes to creative teams including designers, writers, and producers
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with channel owners across multiple business units
- Partner with content producers on video and photography requirements
- Coordinate with internal and external creative teams
- Identify integration opportunities across organization
Strategy & Execution
- Develop internal omni-channel briefs
- Identify resource requirements for both internal and contract work
- Establish and manage project budgets
- Ensure content delivery meets channel requirements and creative standards
- Execute strategies from conception to market launch
Analytics & Reporting
- Measure creative results through data analysis
- Provide insights and create executive reports for major creative campaigns
- Track and report on project status and outcomes
Skills & Experience Required
- Strong project management experience, particularly with Wrike
- Demonstrated experience in digital marketing and content strategy
- Excellence in cross-functional team leadership
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities
- Experience managing creative review processes
- Understanding of omni-channel retail marketing
